I think the name change is a good move.  "American Family Foundation" always kind of gave me the creeps, like it was some right-wing, wacko, bigoted, evangelical Christian group.

I also get all the info from AFF, although I've never attended one of their meetings.  They do good work, though.  I've always found it helpful to get a broader perspective (cults have similar characteristics), and they help provide an intellectual framework to think about what actually happened in the cult.
