For the purpose of the GC race from now on Lance and Fabian Cancellara have exactly the same time, but the latter still wears the "yellow" by virtue of a tenths of a second lead in the Individual and Team Time Trials.  It's unlikely that the yellow will change tomorrow, since it's another flat stage, but if there's a cross wind along the coast it might.  (Riders can sometimes get an advantage in a crosswind because the paceline has to form in an echelon heading into the wind, so if there's a sudden wind shift, or on a turn, one group may make a tactical change in orientation to steal a few seconds from those not quick enough to adapt.)  But there are still about 2.5 weeks of racing, so it's a long way to the finish.  Cancellara, however, isn't a GC contender, so it's unlikely he'll maintain his slim "lead" into the mountains.
