I will let you in on a secret. At agencies there is a lot of internal black humour to help us cope with our crazy clients. Because we can't insult them publicly like you do. Still, we don't make fat jokes. A lot of other things, but not that. When I was younger and worked at other people's agencies, there was quite some shit like that though, also misogyny and harassment. Didn't like it then and never will. |
