Hello, I am Monika and I'm here to give you an update on Intelligent Existence. Thank you all for your kind remarkds and for your interest in these uipdates. Today I just wanted to talk a little bit about PEAK, PEAK is an acronym for Peace, Education and Knowledge. I think that some of you are aware of what's happening with PEAK but I think most people are not, that most people that are familiar with this message see that it's on the Timeless Today app but from what I can tell with the numbers not a whole lot of people have actually completed PEAK and for this reason we have determined to refresh it and actually bring it back to its original formatting and give it, give it a refresh and also put it on a new platform and I think that's the most significant thing.

But I'll get to that in one second, I just want to briefly run through what peace education and Knowledge is and basically that is the Knowledge is Self-Knowledge. Prem Rawat teaches Self Knowledge and the tools of Self Knowledge enable a person to take their attention from the outside and turn it within to an experience very unique to every person. It's not going to be something like my experience will be different than yours. My experience will be different day to day. It really depends on my focus, my ability to just let go to it and definitely it's something to enjoy so that is the crown jewel the real core behind Prem Rawat's message of peace is this beautiful experience within. (giggles)

So I just wanted to give a little background there and that you know this is, this is again the crown jewel and is priceless. It is not ever going to be for sale. He has never charged, Prem Rawat has never ever charged to learn the tools of Self Knowledge and he never will charge to learn the tools of Self Knowledge and one thing we want to do is make it easier for people so now going back to the platform. This new platform is going to be an L. M. S. Platform which means Learning Management System and what that means is just like you would see at a university or other kind of you know online course it's laid out exactly the same way. Super, super simple to access um they're in chapters (garbled) not a whole bunch of chunky a little fragmented little pieces. It's actually now perfectly laid out in chapters with reflection and journal questions. It's a lovely experience.

It's self paced right now, it's going to be offered self paced, there's talk about having facilitated, facilitated PEAK courses but for to begin with we'll just keep it to the self pace so any person can just go online, register and then begin the course and the other update relative to PEAK is that Prem is expanding upon it a little bit. He would like to make it a fuller package so rather than spill the beans on that I will defer to him to let you know those details or you can just discover them yourself but it's really the point is to make it a beautiful process from beginning to end, user friendly, on a platform that's easy to get to, at no charge and um gosh it's a kind of it definitely is the kind of place where you could send somebody new and let them discover all by themselves. No words are needed. Let them figure it out all their own and if you haven't been through PEAK yourself go through PEAK. It's amazing even if you have the tools and practise the tools of Knowledge whoo it's a wealth of incredible inspiration and um beautiful wisdom that come in each and every chapter and also doing the reflections I personally really love taking the time to do a journal or do a reflection because taking that time to really feel your way through um is enriching.

So that's my update on PEAK and you can pretty much look forward to it sometime this year I've given up putting on a time frame on it because it when it's ready it'll be ready and we will let you know for sure and then the next thing I wanted to share, I just have one other thing to share is um there was a conference call for the Timeless Today fall team and I wasn't really sure what I was going to have to offer that that call and I was had the chance to speak with Prem Rawat and asked him you know what do you have any what should I say about Intelligent Existence or should I say on this call and it was definitely not just for the Timeless Today team what he said was let people know that it's time to come together and that it's time to make room, make the space for the new people to come in and then um he proceeded to tell a little story about when he first began this work after his father had passed on. He said that when it came time for that transition that the people in charge were incredibly supportive that they opened opened opened arms to those new people that came in at that time and he was really grateful for that. It was a very smooth transition and that was what he asked me to share and boy did that make me realise that we are on the crest of something, that this is, this is a new era of some kind and that it is time to welcome those new people in and for me that simply means to listen more closely to the new ideas and of course to make the space for those ideas to be heard and implemented.

He did also say that mistakes will happen but they happen now anyway that let this new process begin, let the new people come in and with their new ideas try them out um we can always try things out in a safe way but it but you know how do we grow? how do we evolve? if we just, if we don't let people in so that's exciting. It's exciting to feel like we're on the beginning of a new something again um lastly the community video on demands are going really, really well. Of course that's a chunky name. We're gonna work on something more elegant. But in the communities where they've been able to show the Focus Sessions from 2023 people are really enjoying them. So if you haven't been able to attend a Community Meeting um you can get in touch with your Regional Representative and I hope you know who that is in your area uh perhaps we can supply a list of the reps, how, how people can reach them to get updated or you can reach out to your Knowledge Session Representative because both of those are ways that these community meetings can be scheduled and what's really nice news is that communities that are existing already are getting stronger and now there are new communities popping up all over the place so that they can watch these UNMS and I think that's personally exciting. I um through Intelligent Existence I'm getting little by little I'm getting in touch with the grassroots efforts and I find it incredibly inspiring and exciting and I want to do that more and more so that is it for now. I look forward to my next update for you because I think I'll have a whole lot more to offer you relative to Intelligent Existence and what's coming up. Hi, I'm Monika and I'm here to give you an update on Intelligent Existence. Before I do, I want to thank everyone who wrote in to talk about the impact that the um Focus Sessions have had, the Understanding More Focus Sessions have had. Reading the comments, the expressions, the um insights and especially the um impact (giggles) of, of the sessions on your life and your practise. Incredibly inspiring to read. So I want to thank you so much for taking the time to write in. Also relative to the Understanding More Focus Sessions, a lot of people wrote in saying "I wanted to go to all of them, but I couldn't. I wanted to watch all of the live streams but I couldn't." So we weren't planning to do this, but now we figured out a way, which is pretty simple, to make every single one of the focus sessions available to everybody in their communities. What we're going to do is the same thing that we're doing with the Knowledge Session and Knowledge Review media, which is work in collaboration with the Knowledge Session Team to roll them out in communities at no cost.

So all you need to do is connect with your Knowledge Session Representative and schedule a time and a place that works for your community. We're going to release every single one. In fact, Milan is already out this month, the next one's going to roll out the next, the next, the next every month. Another one is going to roll out until all of them are available for viewing in your community. And they'll be available at least a year. Very likely longer, but at least a year. So there's no mad rush to try to watch them all really quickly. Take your time and enjoy them. Everyone you know, they had certain similarities, but everyone had its own special quality as well and special content that that he would add for each one. So enjoy, enjoy, enjoy. And this is this also goes for the Jigyasa, the Hindi version, Jigyasa. That is the first one just took place today and it is going to be available in communities that request it as well.

So there's one bit of good news. The next bit of also really good news is that Prem Rawat wanted to gift something to everybody online as well. So he's asked relative to the UNMs. So he's asked for a best of cut of all of the focus sessions. So we're going to do that in collaboration with Timeless Today they are actively now creating a best of version of all the sessions that took place in Europe, America and Australia. So that also is going to be complementary online as well to Jigyasa is going to be cut and that there's two, one, the one that took place today and then there's another one coming up those two there's a compilation that will be made of those and that will be available at no cost online to everybody. So that's a bit of good news and what else? Oh they'll also next year probably next year for those of you that don't have a community or don't really want to go to a community we are going to work to get them online at a small cost um they'll all be available online to watch at your leisure. So that focus sessions and man they have been a hit (giggles) they have been a hit for sure. Thank you for your comments again.

Ah what else? Oh of course the training. I've had a lot of we've all had a lot of requests for trainings asking about them, wanting to attend, wondering you know how come they didn't know about the one that just happened. One did just happen in Australia. Well that one that took place in Australia that was a prototype. It wasn't really an all call, hey this is available, anybody who wants to come let's you know come. It was a prototype, It was just getting the feet wet, um it went incredibly well but it's not as though it was particularly focused on a, on a group which it will be in the future um it was thrown together incredibly last minute um so if you want to attend a training, it is entirely possible, it might not be the next training but Prem Rawat wants to roll these out in a broad big way. This is a global effort, we are a part of something huge with incredible potential so it is time that we work together, communicate well, be transparent, learn the tools, raise the standards, keep the standards, have a great time and stay in sync with Prem Rawat and that's really what the trainings are all about. Its really just the beginning and this team training is kind of basic training, there's going to be different levels of trainings coming up as well.

So there's a lot to look forward to there and you know Intelligent Existence is an organically growing company so, so let it grow. (giggles) That's what I want to say, just let it grow. Um it's not like we, it's not like Prem Rawat you know does something and rehearses it and plans for it and does you know projections for us, you know, that's not how he operates. He's incredibly spontaneous. He does live in the moment and he's creative, he's incredibly creative so we are following, you know I am following his lead on on with Intelligence Existence and it's a blast. I mean it's it's a wild it's it's different but it's so much fun just to support what he's doing right now and so (giggles) excuse me if I don't have all the answers all the time but this is the ride we're on and it's super fun and let it unfold and you won't miss anything, just stay in touch all you gotta do is stay in touch.
