Does anyone else remember that he started naming boys something akin to Irving? I would not swear to it, but my “mind” said he was giving them all this not cool in that decade Western name as a joke and because he was annoyed by having to name so many babies. It’s been so long I wouldn’t swear to this. I did know the Sunitas, Satgandas … most of us have heard of Devendra who used the oddness to his advantage I think. 

My ex and I got into an argument because he wanted me to consent to letting Prem name our kids. Even though I had left.  I did not consent to that and we named them. Someday though, I will post a photo of me and my son, with his permission, from a Miami Holi. I went despite being an ex and sat in back and watched got a little spray. I always liked Holi. I have been tempted to go to a “real” Holi someday the more egalitarian version looks like …

My older kids didn’t really escape being affected by the cult. My ex worked at DECA and I heard he went to last Amaroo.
