I was sitting meditating all day - it was a long birth I thought. And then I remembered, I don't have a phone. No-one will tell me when I can stop. So I stopped, all of my own accord, not knowing if the baby was born or what, and no idea how me cross-legged in a little bedsit in Leeds was helping things along.
