No they can't, basically. The impossible is impossible, and psychokinesis a wish-fulfment fantasy.  You'd win a Nobel prize if you could prove it to be otherwise. The world may often seem magical, but magic it isn't.  Magic is something you sometimes feel, but do not for the life Christ believe in it.

While you are talking here about telekinesis, nige, it seems to me there are other areas in which 'right concentration' can in fact produce results which are quite beyond random occurence.
