Over 20 years ago I was invited to the residence in Reigate , Surrey for Hansi's fourth birthday party ( can anybody give me the year ? 1982 ? ).

We were in a Marquee erected outside. It was quite a surreal experience being with complete strangers at the court of Maharaji.

Claudia and Raja Ji were there  and I think Claudia's mother( amongst quite a few other premies ) Marolyn was in the garden with Hansi who preferred to stay outside and climb the apple tree. Daya Lata and Navi were both there and I remember them both , but especially Navi ,wanting and getting sweet attention from Maharaji.At one point Navi cuddled Maharaji and he said to her " My little girl ". Navi seemed to be a very pretty , lively , happy little girl and from that snapshot I can believe that she considers she had a supportive ,stable childhood. But then again what would I know.....!
