Yeah, I read that.  It's (cough) interesting since Maharaji recently said that the Keys would be given out to aspirants by a contact person as they progressed as aspirants.  It was in Miami last February.

I guess that's why they have that new Knowledge Center in southern Connecticut -- the one that's next to a Radio Shack in case of technical "emergencies."
