7. The person should practice Kriyas every day in strict accordance with the instructions personally received from his or her Gurudev. This point cannot be over-emphasised.

I think that Rawat has mannaged to over-emphasise the importanct of the Gurudev.  In fact, the relationship with the master is the whole experience for Rawat and his premies, and they don't mind saying so.  Rawat does nothing but basically badmouth the rest.  What he has to teach about Kundalini energy, for instance, is narrowed to just one sentence:  some people like to tickle their kundalini's. 

Ha Ha, very funny, Master.  We don't need any real instructions  because we're not interested in all that stuff anyway.
