Re: "Teachings of Prem Rawat" on Wiki... -- Cynthia | Top of thread | Forum |

because rawat is so vague, there is a big breathtaking required before getting at that matter. there are of course more POV's to approach this thing.
I am having a hard time sometimes to get myself expressed in english here, so for wiki i do not have much chance, though sometimes i may have some ideas that could be usefull. Suggested POV's : a) the teachings , what is in it! lifelong binding, is participation just a form of gratitude or part of the path. we all know gratitude is the "donkey" for the public approach , synonym to devotion, participation, bending the english language a bit(saying overstressing is probably harrassement). b) what has it brought? as we all know the teachings of rawat are going on for more than 30 years, is there sign of impact, e.g. world peace, social engagement etc.. c) the same knowledge was tought to the disciples of allmighty hans(the 4 noble technics to improve human behaviour). what did they reach? (to my knowledge , after the separation from mataji , premies in india went on the street killing each other, i met an eyewittness in 78 , maybe there is a way to do some research in indian newspaper) ; the catbox ?,; world peace corps, hiring ,firing mahatmas. d) statistics. although rawat recommends knowledge for world peace, most people leave.how shall it gonna happen? and many things more. that's just what comes to me in short time, maybe it doens't all fit in unless a skilled writer poses this as fundamental toby (i expect heavy resistance indeed, cause this article seems to me as some kind of bonus for the premies ,'cause they had to swallow "so much" in the criticism's article) Modified by toby at Sun, Oct 10, 2004, 01:05:53 |
