So yes, very physical thinking going on here.  I am underway with a series of pots made from the earth dug up in my garden and not even sieved.  Just splatted together by hand.  I can't explain exactly why it's so satisfying but it is.

Glad to have a project that engages me so much and I also spend lots of time thinking about how to set myself up so I can stay home.

My neighbour just got carted off to hospital - once the ambulance arrived and put a drip in her arm she was immediately revived enough to give her friends a hard time for calling it, she did not want to go but the fact is she will be back today or soon, she has pneumonia it turns out so high temp but mainly she was dehydrated.

so yes, looking at my more elderly friends, it is often a question of not forgetting to drink water.  but there is often a feeling that they are ready to go.  I do not feel like that, too young still.  I keep thinking about how to hold onto my mobility long enough to last with the rest of me.
