The thing about "shouting to everyone" is that nobody knows who Prem Rawat is, and the risk of anyone getting snagged into the cult is low.
You will naturally feel anger because you (we) were cheated, betrayed and lied to. That's what normal people feel when they are defrauded.
It's an individual choice whether to throw everything away. That's what worked for me, in fact, I did throw the baby out with the bathwater. Why? Because I hate those meditation techniques. I don't meditate anymore, but I do read lots and lots of books of many kinds, fiction and nonfiction. Reading is now my meditation. I learn a lot.
I don't believe in revenge. I think it's as valuable as hate, and both feelings have zero worth, they only made me feel horrible. Anger is different. I spent time tearing up DLM publications, all my photos of Maharaji, sometimes having a nice old fashioned bonfire where my husband would help me purge my cult paraphernalia and printed stuff. That was fun.
Everyone has their own journey out of the cult. You'll be fine, give yourself a bit of time.
