This is one of the many Sant Mat/Radhasaomi gurus. All those old guys with long beards look the same to me and I've forgotten who the "bona fide" ones are compared to those who are just self-proclaimed ones. I hung out with a lot of "satsangis" back in the 1970's (especially during the great "space-out" and they were a very nice crowd. Their meditation wasn't that similar (though it was secret). They had simran which was a mantra meditation on the Holy Names and the Sound technique (listen for the bell) but they didn't use any physical Light technique. If you stuck with the guru you were guaranteed liberation in 4 life-times.
