Hi Scot and welcome to the forum. I am not sure that shame and embarrassment are the most accurate description. When I look at the devotional poetry that I wrote, I get this sick feeling in my stomach. It is similar to the feeling I get when I see or talk to my ex-husband. I feel like I can't believe I actually was married to that guy for 13 years. I kinda feel the same about rawat. Karen
