Of the definitions you gave, the truth consciousness and bliss one is the closest, but I can also understand why anyone with the appropriate conceptual baggage of religion might interptret those feelings through the other definitions. Especially if they are unaware of the huge importance of set and setting in transcendental experiences, and/or experience that sacred vibe through their practice and thereby assume the route and the messenger is also sacredor unawareness of modern biology and stuff like the god spot won't help either

A mixture of in the zone and sacred is the closest description for me, bearing in mind it's a sense of sacred without any belief in god.
