They are PR vehicles that people and companies pay money to get in.  They are not sold at newstands and you cannot subscribe to them and they are just part of the PR industry.  They are not real magazines, nor are they real "interviews."   They are fake "magazines" more like fancy fliers.

The first one that came out with Rawat in it was called "Leaders."  I spoke to the editor, who said it was done through a PR firm for Elan Vital in Chicago.  Rawat and the cult had full editorial control over what went into the article.   The guy was a little miffed that he put in an article about a cult leader.

Anyhow, they send the magazine around to some business "leaders" for free.  Then Rawat sold copies of the article on the TPRF website.  Kewl.
