I agree that the screening does fail on occasion. Ultimately giving the would-be student the screen to filter their own self if fraught with risk, given the potential weaknesses in their ability to take on the responsibility of the task. But that is the way it must be for such a knowledge. The high degree of integrity inherent in Knowledge demands that the student take responsibility for all the decisions regarding their life, including their readiness for Knowledge.
He's impotent, even on his own terms, don't you see? In the very domain he claims as his own, he's nothing but a loser.
His potency is offering a possibility. If there's impotence it is in the lack of responsibililty taken by the student. From where I sit, it's people like you who are the losers, not him.
