The examination rooms is just a conference hall for hire.  At first I thought Mansfield College was not an Oxford College but apparently, within the last few years, it has been awarded University of Oxford status.  There were 34 colleges but now there are 38  - all part of proving to government the University is not an exclusive training ground for the progeny of imperialist power.  Do you think Peggy Morgan may have undergone the Prem Rawat initiation process?
