Yeah, you did hit a nerve. Does that show me to be a less than credible critic? Does a reaction of outrage to the outrageoous lessen me, or in fact affirm my humanity?

Actually, what you consider outrageous does more to define your humanity than your reactions. I don't consider the arguments I've put forward as anything more than disagreeable with the majority of posters on this forum. Nothing outrageous, unless you consider diagreement with you as an outrageous act.
