Didn't Dettmers describe the scene immdediately preceding the death of the cyclist as Rawat racing to the airport? It would have been interesting to know Cognac Boy's blood/alcohol level at the time of the accident. We also know from Dettmer's eye witness testimony that Rawat is not averse to driving under the influence of alcohol.In fact, he did so after leaving a restaurant in a huff about some guy ogling Durga Ji. He personally took the wheel after drinking an unknown amount of alcohol with family members with him inside the vehicle. That's our little Lord of the Universe, risking his family's lives for some perceived slight.
