I know it sounds flaky, especially the part about 8,000 peace workers bringing peace on earth, but I have to think that rawat is jealous as hell about stuff like this....

He was going to bring the peace on earth, and all he can muster is the "keys", which has got to be the biggest "dead end" propagation attempt yet....

35 years of non-stop work, thousands of lives wasted on the efforts, hundreds of millions of dollars flowing through the organization, and he produces the "keys"....what a waste....
