Thanks for the summary, it gave me a bit more of understanding about the whole matter.
I have another little question. The fact that you were put under pressure to sign the affidavit and make false statements does fulfill the facts of the case of extortion(Sorry, i had to assemble it from the dictonary, i hope you understand what i mean). At least in Germany this is a crime. How about Australia? toby |
