Susie,

I personally love talking about Christ but only because I'm an atheist and I think it's absurd to worship the guy.  But as you must understand, this forum would devolve into big arguments on subjects like that if we didn't restrict ourselves to the one, central topic at hand.  I don't know if anyone mentioned this to you but after 9/11 the forum got all bogged down in some protracted, heated and often ugly political arguments.

And beforehand we used to argue spirituality generally here.  Again, I loved it -- going after spirituality seemed so easy and, for some reason, just kind of fun.  Maybe because I used to believe in it all so much.  But there too we all kind of learned that it was more divisive than what we wanted to do here which is simply discuss the cult and our experiences in it.  Yes there's much relevance to spirituality, of course there is.  And it comes up from time to time but in this particular medium we've seen how careful we just have to be to not digress too much in these directions.  It really does defeat the central purpose of the forum.

Don't forget, this is the only place in the world where ex-premies and premies can have this particular dialogue.  It makes sense to protect it within reason.

But, hey, if you really want to mix it up on religion or whatever, AAA's awaiting.

By the way, though, you are kind of funny and it'd be a shame to see you just give it up because no one wants to talk about Jesus.  Hm?
