That's a pretty odd letter for Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. I'm surprised the Caledonian Record published it, not because of it's length, but because it's an advertisement.
I didn't know there was a premie in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. That's the northerneastern corner of the state, home of some of the most independent-minded folks in Vermont or anywhere. Any premies up there are probably hooked up with the northern New Hampshire premies. That's how it was set up in the late 90s.
Where I live we don't get cable tv because it's too rural and the cable companies aren't willing to spend that much money on so few (a lot of cable). So we have a satellite if we want to watch tv, which in Vermont is a pain because every time a cloud floats by our dish we lose our signal. When it rains, forget about it, no signal at all. I don't get DishNet although that was an option. A lot of my neighbors have DishNet -- I wonder if they watch Rawat. In a town with a population of 300 thereabouts, a mass conversion would be too weird for words!
