Divine Light Mission simply changed its name to Elan Vital.  They have always been the same corporation. 

IMO, in order to to distinguish the time period someone was involved, it's more accurate to state the year(s) involved, rather than state DLM versus EV.  Changes that happened were both subtle and drastic, but not necessarily based on the change in corporate names, because again, they are the same entity, and still a non-profit corporation with church status in the U.S.
