Joe's post was about Rawat's patheticly low propagation rate in the west, and his observations about why that is. Now do you agree the propagation rate is very low? EV won't publish actual numbers for western countries, but recent data for the US was about 200 new students in one year. Don't you agree this is pathetic? So, given that it is low, what do you think is the reason?
