Get rid of the expectations, and you'll have something better. If you are going to give Knowledge a fair chance, you have to approach it with determination to let the seed grow.

Can I at least expect the seed to grow? And how long should I give it to do that? What's a fair chance?

Let me help you remove your doubts.

How are you going to remove my doubts if the seed doesn't grow? Isn't that the litmus test on whether I should doubt you or not?

The third promise I will ask for is not to reveal these techniques to anyone.

Why not? What's the big deal? How come we've got to go through this long drawn out process just to learn some meditation techniques? What's so special about them, your's in particular? How come it's got to be such a big secret? It gives me the creeps. Maybe I'd be wiser to head for the exit. Unless, of course, you're God and this is the only chance I'll have at salvation. Is that it, huh? No? Well, then, maybe I should just go.

See ya!
