...to London , I mean. Bring Pattie ( but not the bulls....rabies!!) and I'll try to arrange a hired Rolls Royce ( decorated with garlands ) to pick you up from the airport  

London has scrubbed up well and is looking great these days and a far cry from the grimey seventies , when the abandoned " Docklands " really were a " site" ( building site that is...and a very filthy ,muddy one ). The rebuilt, futuristic " docklands " are incredible and have become one of the " sights" .

Ally Pally is still there ( despite at least one fire ) up on the hill......and, south of the river, East Dulwich ( Palace of Peace ) is verging on being " Posh" !
