This philosophy of the virtues of the "heart" compared to the shortcomings of the "mind" has become the dogma of the new age that it's practically sacreligious to question it. It's as if it's a mark of wisdom that you adhere to it. And I think Maharaji knows this. I don't think Rawat believes so much that it's true, as he knows it's a gimmick that works. Just babble about the "heart" and "mind" and they'll eat right out of your hand. For some reason people just go googoo-gaga for it, and M just plays it for what it's worth.
