Here's a website where Prem Rawat is noted for donating $5,000.00 to the Gujarat Earthquake fund in 2001.  This is the first time I ever remember his name being publicized for donating anything and that's 2001, four short years ago.  I don't know if Rawat ever donated anything to anyone privately before that.

Plus, when you consider that it costs premies around $300,000 per month, just to keep his Gulfstream V parked in a hangar (that does not including the cost of flying it around) his personal donation of 5K to the poor people of India who suffered from a huge earthquake seems (to me anyway) very cheap, for a name mention as some kind of humanitarian "leader." 

Prem Rawat is only interested in helping himself to other peoples' money.  Typical cult leader.
