ya, when I joined in 75 , those commandments were on a plaque in the wall!

Nowadays I don't respond to commandments, especially that first one...sometimes it's easier to just light up a cigarette and click the remote than to do what's on my list...but at least I don't feel guilty anymore for doing that instead of popping in a video!!
