All they're talking about is things like creative technique. Very old stuff, known to anyone who has ever tried brainstorming or mind mapping, here dressed up in pseudo-spiritual/ pseudo-intellectual language to make it sound new and complicated.

What I find striking is their pretentiousness, and the assumption of spiritual superiority. This guy honestly thinks he's got some great answer that other people haven't thought of. Sheesh.
