I think that your religion would only "count" if it's one of those bible-based cults that, like any other such groups, only exist to expoit their followers and use Chrisitanity in order to do that. 

Padre Mickey and one other ex that I know of belong to the Episcopalian church.  That's not a cult, obviously.

Only you can make a judgment of that, obviously.
