Jim, I think your language is way over the top. Andries posts are intelligent even if they strive for the middle ground in everything and quote academics rather than his own experience.It's OK to have a detached viewpoint and try to explain these events in neutral and academic language. Your not obtuse, you're a very smart guy as is Andries so why carry on with the insults just cause he has a different point of view.
By all means disagree but don't insult.
While I certainly don't think his childhood excuses his adult behaviour Rawat is both incompetent and a victim of his early surroundings. He is of course a lot of other things as well but that doesn't negate the partial truths that Andries is posting.
