A stockbroker is someone who gambles with other people's money...that's all. They are only "successful" as long as they are winning and their luck can change. When I worked on the Derivatives Markets in The City every new contract specification had to be inspected and endorsed by the enforcers of "The Gaming Act" ( same laws cover Casinos, horse racing bets, Bingo, National Lottery etc ) before it could be traded. |
