I don't want to be dogmatic, but I really think there is a difference beetwen the word emotion and feeling. Maybe to be euphoric is an emotion to feel joy is a feeling, or maybe emotions are a bipolar thing and feeling is onepolar. To fall in love is based on emotion and to love comes out of a feeling. All in all this is not important the main thing is surely to grow out of a state of pain and feel good in your body and get rid of mental suffering.
