sometimes and then sometimes not.

each time I came to the conclusion it was me, coz the perfect could not be non-perfect or vary in anyway.

the same amount of bliss must be emanating, right?

I was right it was all within me, but not for the reasons I believed at the time

Looking back, if I believed a toad was god, then I could just as easily have psyched myself into collapsing in the darshan recovery area or whipped myself for weeks out of guilt based on such a stern look from the toad's eyes.

Both of which I did when I believed Rawat was god.

I had a few "powerful" experiences. I got darshan before I got knowlege at HJ 1975 in Orlando, I think it was.

That was the one where he had a foot on each side of a dividing wall to make the lines go faster. I came out of there feeling buzzed. That was after going to nightly satsang every single day from August to November.

We were indoctrinated to believe that our experience of darshan was a reflection of our devotion and practice, vis a vis satsang, service and meditation. Maharaji being the perfect mirror, of course. Therefore, no buzz at darshan was based on our own concepts and being in the mind!

No I didn't to my great disappointment ; but not for want of trying. I obviously wasn't sufficiently devoted.

I wandered around with a stupid grin on my face afterwards.....I was so desperate to believe.
