Hi Bob, and thank you! Thank you also for your always eloquent posts. During my second foray into premieville I had a lot more doubts than the first time, and I quite often had a peek here and looked at your posts in particular.

Oh yes the spoof possibilities are endless… Homer Simpson becomes an aspirant, Monty Python interviews Rawat as Krishna…and  I think most of us old timers could be central characters in an ‘I joined a cult’ sitcom. Although already married, and with my husband at that Kissimmee, I bought a wedding ring at one of the on-site stalls so I could be symbolically married to Maharaji, my one true love, not a ‘Worldly’ love embarked on when ‘in my mind’.
If you ever saw ‘Nuts in May’ by Mike Leigh, that was us premies playing lame songs on guitars in our local park, not quite understanding why everyone we gave satsang to didn’t immediately ask how they could go about surrendering their lives to the Lord.

I keep imagining you and the sewage button. If Maharaji was in a Father Ted episode he’d aim the Holi water guns, but some eediot would have accidentally plugged them into the drains!
