let people know that it's time to come together and that it's time to make room, make the space for the new people to come in and then um he proceeded to tell a little story about when he first began this work after his father had passed on. He said that when it came time for that transition that the people in charge were incredibly supportive that they opened opened opened arms to those new people that came in at that time and he was really grateful for that. It was a very smooth transition and that was what he asked me to share and boy did that make me realise that we are on the crest of something, that this is, this is a new era of some kind and that it is time to welcome those new people in and for me that simply means to listen more closely to the new ideas and of course to make the space for those ideas to be heard and implemented.
