Oh, well yes okay it stopped me but that's because it was in combination with being married to a man who didn't actually want to have sex with me while pretending that he did.

A lot of sexual abuse happens in the corner of our eye.  It's often difficult to see it let alone talk about it.  Almost subconscious but very strong feelings.

I've watched someone protecting his young son from his own father speaking out loud with a lot of emotion and yet neither he or the grandfather appeared aware of it having happened, just continuing on with the day. 

According to that old article I read and I think it said the same in the new one recently linked here - incest is the most common child molesting and that gets divided into two - those who only do their children and those who also do others. 

Hans must have a lot on his plate right now, it's heartbreaking to think of him when he was little and all that happening under our noses, I am wishing him all the best.
