I'm pretty sure these are accurate counts of the number of times the post has been opened. As someone else noted, if the post is linked elsewhere, eg. Facebook, or in a google search, then the reads will be higher. I don't think a thousand reads is particularly high even for this obscure backwater of the internet.  |
