I think that you are probably right about NDAs but what do any of us know? There maybe some sort of balance between the obligations placed on you by the NDA versus civic responsibilty not to cover up a crime? It is a question of getting good quality confidential legal advice and really being careful to look after yourself as far as all that goes. Horrible about David Passes - but the more I learn the darker and the more rotten to the core Rawat and his enablers seem to have been. Like most readers here I am just completely shocked by what seems to be coming out. Tim |
