I stopped posting on here years ago and then came back about a year or so ago. I have enjoyed being able to let go of some things that I thought I had put aside already. It had been a sort of catharsis to read what others have posted and to reply from time to time. I didn't realise I still have so much junk inside of me from my days in the cult.
Thank you all for your company and conversation and I hope everyone here has a year that unfolds in the ways they want it to.
