Although I have tinnitus occasionally, I wouldn't put colloidal silver, or anything silver in my body, including my ears.  I think it's a poison and the Food and Drug Admin. advises against using that product. Modified by Cynthia at Mon, Dec 25, 2017, 10:46:35
