I got the idea of the 10th hole from a poem I read years ago where Kabir says something like 'the body has 10 gates', whereas all the other spiritual-type poets  said 9 gates.  So I surmised where the 10th was. However doing a quick google, I see that no one agrees with me. Seems to be something to do with the crown chakra which is the final door to the big G..
