according to that article they give their top 4 star rating to 25% of applicants and so that means 75% don't get it.  But Prem Rawat with his publicised history of guruship gets into the top 25%.  Huh?  

are there no reputable charities at all?  what about Doctors without Borders?  Rawat's Peace program alongside actual humanitarian aid?
