Here is a link to tprf IRS Form 990 for 2015 that contains the most current financial information available; http://www.tprf.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/990_2015_tprf.pdf

Go to page 10 Part IX line 24e. Notice the name of this category is "All Other Expenses" with the amount listed as $1,084,586. These expenses are included as Program Expenses, meaning they are directly involved in funding the mission.

Next scroll several pages to "Schedule O" then scroll one more page and it shows in detail what is included in all those "Other Expenses". Out of the roughly $1M in Other Expenses, about $200K was for a propaganda video and about $600K was for "Outreach" related costs including $415K for something called Outreach Promotions, whatever that is.

To receive a 4 star rating from Charity Navigator, they want to see that most of the money that's been donated is actually used for the charitable mission of the organization, and not the administration of the organization. To receive a 4 star rating, they want roughly 85% of income to be spent on Program Expenses or the fulfillment of the mission of the organization.

But almost half of tprf's expenses are for propaganda and outreach and not for feeding hungry people. This is all smoothed over by stating that the fulfillment of peace is part of the mission. But we all know that the peace tprf talks about is the same old Knowledge all glossed over with updated language. And more people getting Knowledge means more money and power for Rawat.

The part that is really disturbing is that tprf tries to emphasize their good work of feeding hungry people as a top priority of the organization along with vague, subcategory references for promoting peace. "TPRF aims to address the fundamental human needs of food, water, and peace through a variety of programs and initiatives." In reality only 27% of tprf's income is spent on Humanitarian Aid while the other 73% is for the Global Peace Initiative; i.e promoting Rawat.

Finally, Charity Navigator clearly states that they rely on the honor system and depend on organizations they review to tell them the truth. In fact, their number 2 Operating Principle is "Good Faith - assume charities are honest until proven otherwise." (its already proven Rawat is a liar. Isn't he the guy who stood up before the world and declared he was God?) Then they analyze the financial data provided by the organization, IRS form 990 submitted for tax purposes, and the organization's website.

Note; Charity Navigator does not evaluate the quality of an organization's programs meaning that they really don't look much at the results of the charity in question. Translation; they don't analyze at all at what the Global Peace Initiative actually is or what it does!!!
